ÉcoFonds Vérifié program
Our approach is based on a concrete commitment: reducing our environmental footprint, supporting local producers, and offering our guests a stay that is both refined and responsible.
It is in this spirit that we participate in the ÉcoFonds Vérifié program, in collaboration with GreenStep and Hotel Association of the Montreal Region (AHGM).
“ÉcoFonds Vérifié is a program that holds us accountable as we measure and reduce our carbon footprint according to international standards and best practices. Instead of simply offsetting our emissions, we actively work to reduce our consumption of fossil fuels, waste, and water by investing in more efficient technologies and tracking our reductions. In support of these efforts, we have added a nominal ÉcoFonds contribution, which is held in a dedicated ÉcoFonds. With your help, we are able to accelerate our climate action and positive environmental impacts.”
As part of the program, an ÉcoFonds Contribution of 1.3% is added to each night’s stay to help our hotel measure and reduce its environmental impact and carbon footprint.

Rooms & Housekeeping
• Refillable soap dispensers — reduction of single-use plastics.
• Elimination of single-use plastic water bottles;
• Recycling of cans and espresso capsules;
• Sorting of recyclable materials and waste in all public areas;
• Signage encouraging voluntary towel changes;
• Compartmentalized waste bins in all rooms;
• Linen washing reduction program;
• Reusable water bottles in rooms.
Reception
• Paperless guest journey: digital registration, billing, and communications.
• Waste sorting at reception.
• Electric vehicle charging stations.
• Partnership with Véco Taxi as a carrier and collaboration with several green activities such as Sentier des Cimes and Tyroparc.
Dining
• Sorting of recyclable materials, food waste, and garbage;
• Cloth napkins and use of compostable utensils;
• Menu with vegetarian and vegan options;
• Strengthened collaboration with producers from the MRC des Laurentides (85%) and 100% Quebec suppliers;
• Reusable containers for butter, milk, and cream.
